How do picture car rentals work?
Our picture cars can be rented on a daily or weekly basis. The rental period begins on the day of vehicle collection, either utilizing the drop off service or the pick-up from the lot. The vehicle rental period is then for the designated amount of days, as specified in the rental agreement. The rental period ends on the day the vehicle is returned, either utilizing the pick up service, or returning it to the lot.
All rentals have a one day minimum, with a “daily” rental incurring a cost every 24 hours.

- Completed Credit Card Authorization Form

- Copy of Student School ID or Proof of Enrollment
Are there discounted rates available?
Yes! Lone Star Picture Car offers discounts for student and independent production companies.
For Student Discounts - Fill out the Student Discount Application
For Independent Production Companies - Submit COD Application as Normal
Are there extended rental discounted rates available?
1st Week: Full Price
2nd Week: 50% Off Weekly Thereafter
What happens if I have an early return?
Same rates apply. When can a vehicle be picked up or delivered?
All account requirements have been met and a scheduled pick up/drop off time has been established with LSPC.
Are there delivery or collection services to set?
Yes! For an additional fee depending on distance, picture cars may be dropped off on set or picked up from set by LSPC. Please attach an Additional Services Form to your application in order to reserve these services. Exact pricing will be listed on your quote.
What if I have to cancel an order?
There are no additional fees if an order is canceled over 24 hours in advance. Cancellation in less than a 24 hour window incurs a 25% restocking fee.
What if my shoot dates have been postponed or vehicle collection is late?
There are no additional fees if an order is canceled or rescheduled over 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling in less than a 24 hour window incurs a 25% restocking fee. No shows or last minute changes to pick up incurs a fee of $100/hour.
